I didn’t start TK Clark Collective because I wanted to be just another accountant. I started it because I knew what small business owners actually needed someone who understands the numbers AND the bigger picture.

I’m Takenya Clark, TK to most, a New Jersey-based accountant and consultant with a master’s degree in public accounting and over two decades of experience across real estate, construction, nonprofit, and small business sectors.  My career has taken me from the Top 10 Public Accounting Firms to property accounting at some of the top real estate firms on the East Coast. I’ve managed multimillion-dollar budgets, led project teams, earned my Scrum Master certification, and built businesses from the ground up, including my own event venue, Luxx Lab Event Suite.  I know what it looks like when the books are a mess. I know what it costs when strategy is missing. And I know how to fix both.  TK Clark Collective is my boutique answer to a gap I kept seeing: small business owners and entrepreneurs who needed high-level financial expertise but couldn’t access or afford a big firm.
